Hey there you lovely people! I was a first time customer, placed a same day order for your Luna arrangement, late afternoon, and the delivery arrived in Sherman Oaks, from your West Hollywood location by 8:00 pm! The flowers were beyond beautiful!! They were for my neighbors teenage daughter, recovering from being hospitalized. It was the first arrangement she’s ever received!! The bar has been set, it was a perfect introduction to the emotional impact flowers have on one’s soul. You have earned a new customer, as I most certainly will be patronizing your flower shop again! One of the best florists I've ever worked with. They are hard working and do everything right. I've used them now quite a few times and will continue to do so. Amazing quality. Each arrangement is handmade and may vary from the photo. If flowers or containers are unavailable for any reason, we’ll substitute items of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style and colors. Please mention any essential details at checkout or contact us to confirm availability.

Standard Deliveries: Tuesday to Sunday, 11 AM – 8 PM.
Same-Day Delivery is available for products marked “Same Day Delivery” and ordered before 6 PM.
Monday & Holiday Delivery is available for pre-scheduled events.
Days and times other than those stated above are available upon request only.
Delivery Fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Custom event setups may include additional delivery/setup fees depending on distance and complexity. Minimum order amount for delivery is $10.

If the recipient is not available, we may:
Contact the sender to coordinate.
Leave flowers in a safe, shaded place (weather permitting) or at the building’s reception desk. The recipient will be notified via SMS.
Incorrect addresses may result in delays and a redelivery fee.
The delivery address may be changed:
At our initiative — in the event of a delay caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure); in such cases, the cost of the service remains unchanged, even if the distance increases.
At the recipient’s request and with the sender’s consent. In this case, the delivery cost may be adjusted.
WE GUARANTEE THAT THE FLOWERS WILL RETAIN THEIR ATTRACTIVE APPEARANCE FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK, PROVIDED THAT ALL CARE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FOLLOWED.
Care Instructions: 1) Add fresh water every 3 days through the center of the arrangement if your flowers come in a container with Oasis foam, e.g., in the cardboard box. If in a vase, change the water every two days. 2) Trim the stems every two days. Keep an eye on the water level and replenish as needed. 3) Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Some flowers may last longer than ordered due to genetics and room temperature. 4) Remove wilted blooms and leaves as they occur to keep the remaining blooms fresher for longer.
Problems: Contact us immediately if your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or incorrect, or wilt within a week of purchase. Send us photos of the arrangement and its location. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund. Fresh flowers of proper quality cannot be returned after delivery or pickup.
Cancellations: Cancel standard orders at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund. Custom orders are non-refundable once preparation or special-material purchases begin.
